ECOAI TOKENS 90 DAYS FREE OFFER
TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the EcoAI Tokens 90 Days FREE Offer (“the Offer”). By registering for and/or using the Offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Offer

  • Eligible customers who successfully register for EcoAI Tokens during the promotional period will receive 3,000 FREE AI tokens daily for 90 days.
  • The 90-day period begins on the date of the customer’s successful registration for the Offer.

2. Eligibility

  • The Offer is available to eligible Econet customers who:
  • The Trial is available to active Econet prepaid subscribers who have not previously subscribed to, or trialed the Ecoai Tokens service.
  • Only one Trial is permitted per subscriber (per MSISDN / registered account) during the lifetime of the promotion.
  • Successfully register for EcoAI Tokens through the approved EcoAI Tokens registration platform;
  • Meet the applicable registration requirements; and
  • Comply with these Terms and Conditions
  • Registration is subject to successful verification and availability of the EcoAI Tokens service.

3. Free Daily Token Allocation

  • Each successfully registered customer will receive 3,000 free AI tokens per day for a period of 90 days.
  • A fresh allocation of 3,000 free tokens will be made available each day during the customer’s individual 90-day promotional period.
  • The daily token allocation:
  • Is available for use on supported AI services available through EcoAI Tokens;
  • Expires at midnight each day;
  • Does not roll over to the following day; and
  • Cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash, airtime, data or any other product or service.
  • Any unused free tokens will automatically expire at the end of the applicable day.

4. 90-Day Offer Period

  • The Offer is personalized to each customer.
  • A customer’s 90-day period starts from the date of successful registration and continues for 90 consecutive calendar days after 1 September 2026.
  • Customers who register on different dates will therefore have different Offer expiry dates.
  • At the end of the 90-day period, the free daily token allocation will automatically stop.

5. Additional Tokens

  • Customers who exhaust their free daily allocation may upgrade to a preferred subscription package and free trial immediately stops.
  • Any purchased tokens will be subject to the applicable EcoAI Tokens product rules, validity periods, pricing and Terms and Conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Purchase of additional tokens does not extend or restart the customer’s 90-day promotional period.

6. Use of EcoAI Tokens

  • EcoAI Tokens may be used to access supported artificial intelligence tools and services made available through the EcoAI Tokens platform.
  • The number of tokens consumed may vary depending on the AI service used, the nature and complexity of the request, and the amount of content generated or processed.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient tokens to complete their intended AI interactions.

7. Service Availability

  • Access to EcoAI Tokens is subject to:
  • Network and internet availability;
  • Availability of the EcoAI Tokens platform and supported third-party AI services;
  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
  • Technical limitations; and
  • Any applicable service restrictions.
  • Econet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service.

8. Responsible Use

  • Customers must use EcoAI Tokens responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and platform usage requirements.
  • The service must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful or prohibited activities.
  • Econet reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access where there is suspected misuse, fraud, manipulation of the Offer or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Conversion to a Paid Subscription

  • Unless cancelled before the end of the Trial Period, the Customer's account may automatically convert to a paid Ecoai Tokens daily plan using the daily package subscription.
  • Econet will send a reminder notification 7 days before the Trial Period ends, informing the Customer of the applicable charges post the trial period and how to cancel.
  • Customers who do not wish to continue a paid plan must opt out before the Trial Period expires, using the web portal channel.

10. Deactivation

  • The Trial may be cancelled at any time, without charge, via Ecoai Token website or contacting Econet Customer Care.
  • Deactivation during the Trial Period will result in immediate loss of access to Ecoai Tokens features.
  • No charges apply for Deactivation during the Trial Period.

11. AI-Generated Content

  • Responses generated through artificial intelligence services may not always be complete, accurate, current or appropriate for every purpose.
  • Customers should independently verify important information before relying on AI-generated content, particularly where the information relates to professional, financial, legal, medical, academic or other material decisions.
  • Customers remain responsible for how they use any content generated through EcoAI Tokens.

12. Data and Privacy

  • Use of EcoAI Tokens may involve the processing of information submitted by customers when interacting with supported AI services.
  • Customers should avoid submitting confidential, highly sensitive or personally identifiable information unless necessary and appropriate.
  • Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and relevant Econet privacy policies.

13. Abuse or Manipulation of the Offer

  • Customers may not create multiple registrations, accounts or use any other mechanism intended to improperly obtain additional promotional tokens.
  • Where fraudulent activity, abuse or manipulation is reasonably suspected, Econet reserves the right to:
  • Suspend or terminate participation in the Offer;
  • Withdraw promotional tokens;
  • Restrict access to EcoAI Tokens; and/or
  • Take any other appropriate action permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to the Offer

  • Econet reserves the right, subject to applicable regulatory requirements, to amend, suspend, extend or withdraw the Offer where reasonably necessary.
  • Where material changes are made, customers will be informed through appropriate communication channels.

15. General

  • The Offer is subject to availability.
  • The free tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, airtime, data or any other benefit.
  • Participation in this Offer does not create any entitlement to future promotions or free token allocations after the customer’s 90-day period expires.
  • These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the general EcoAI Tokens Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other applicable Econet terms and conditions.
