Voicemail service is a service that allows a caller to leave a voice message when a subscriber is unable to answer their calls or when they are busy. When a number is not available or the subscriber is unable to pick their calls the caller is automatically routed to voicemail and will be asked to leave a voice message on the subscriber’s personal answering service. To activate voicemail service go to call/phone settings; select divert option of your choice e.g. “divert if busy or unanswered” then enter voicemail number 122 where all unanswered calls will be diverted to. The caller who deposits a voice message will be charged the normal voice tariff. Voicemail subscriber is not charged for retrieving voice messages.
