TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Customers to download and register the Kwese iflix App.
2. Customers will need to have purchased a Kwese iflix Bundle.
3. Awarding of points will be on purchase of Kwese iflix Bundles (and not their usage) from USSD *143#.
4. Every point earned is also an entry into the weekly, monthly and grand draws.
5. The more points the customer gets (by buying more or higher denomination iflix data/composite bundles), the more their chances of winning.
6. Every iflix data/composite bundle purchase will be rewarded with a guaranteed prize to each participating customer, at the time of purchase.
7. Draws will be conducted on a weekly basis for customers who would have reached a weekly target of 4 points ($4 spend).
8. Monthly draws for customers who would have reached a monthly target of 6points. ($6 spend).
9. Each time a customer recharges, they will receive a notification of the number points they would have accumulated.
10. Customers are able to request for their points balance as and when they require them.
11. Grand Draw for customers who would have accumulated a total of 10 points
12. Promotion to run for 90 days from 16 August 2018.
13. Weekly prizes will comprise of assorted smartphones and Wi-Fi routers.
14. A total of 12 Cars will be won in the promotion, each car valued at $20,000.
15. Monthly Prizes will comprise of, Flat Screen TVs, Kwese Play Boxes and Smartphones.
16. Draws will be conducted electronically.
17. Draws will be done electronically to select winners for weekly, monthly and grand prizes.
18. Points will be allowed to accumulate weekly and monthly.
19. Winners will be published in the press and on Econet’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/econetzimbabwe) after they have been notified.
20. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash and may not be transferred or exchanged. Prizes will be delivered within 60 days from the end of the PROMOTION PERIOD.
21. Econet Wireless reserves the right to extend, alter and/or cancel the promotion upon approval from the Regulator.
22. The prizes to be drawn are shown in the table below.
23. All queries pertaining to the above service should be directed to Econet Wireless’ Customer Care by calling toll free number 111,119 or any service centre.
24. All customers that subscribe to the service are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein as well as the terms and conditions of Econet Wireless’ service provision, and/or amended herein from time to time.
25. Our failure to exercise any particular rights or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
26. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.
27. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Zimbabwe and the customers agree unconditionally to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of Zimbabwe.
28. Econet Wireless reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
