1. Dial *151#
2. Enter pin
3. Select recharge option.
4. Select Option 1 (my number) 2 (other).
5. Enter amount.
6. Enter Option 1 to Confirm.

App

1. Open app
2. Select airtime tab
3. Select recharge item (airtime, bundle or airtime credit).
4. Select number to be recharges (self or other)
5. Enter pin.
6. Submit.

Peer to peer Airtime transfer

1. Dial *111#
2. Enter option 4 to transfer airtime.
3. Enter receiving number.
4. Enter amount.
5. Confirm.

Hot recharge

1. Go to www.hot.co.zw
2. Select Quick Recharge
3. Enter The Ecocash Number to Bill,
4. Enter the Number to Recharge and the Amount
5. Click Go Topup
6. To pay with a bank account, SMS Help Bank to 180

Airtime Credit Service

1. Dial *179#
2. Option 1 voice credit.
3. Select borrowing amount.

Data Bundles

1. Dial *143#
2. Select Bouquet or Bundle Option.
3. Choose a Bouquet 
4. Select Option 1 (my number) 2 (other).
5. Confirm
6. Select either Airtime, Ecocash or Other

SMS

1. Dial *140#
2. Select Option1 for SMS.
