Terms and Conditions

All EcoCash numbers that would have paid for ZESA tokens of $5 and above for this period will automatically be entered into a draw.

Non-EcoCash numbers will not be eligible to participate.

At the end of the promotional period, a draw will be held and customers will win ZESA tokens worth $20 each.

The ZESA tokens should be used within one month of being issued.

Draw to be conducted by the EcoCash team during the first week of each new month.

A customer can buy ZESA tokens more than once but they have one chance of winning per month.

However the same customer can win in different months.

Promotion mechanics will be communicated to all customers via print, SMS, radio and social media.

Econet staff, spouses, advertising agencies are not eligible for the promotion.

Econet judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There will be internal auditors to monitor and ensure that the draw is done within the promotion rules and conditions.

Econet Wireless reserves the right to alter and/cancel the promotion at this discretion.

View Token Procedure

During peak traffic periods, there are rare occasions when the delivery of the SMS with token information is delayed.

Before you try attempt another transaction you can confirm if the payment has been submitted to ZESA by checking you balance under Wallet Services, Account Enquiry, Balance Enquiry.

 If your account has been debited but did you not receive a token you can retrieve the token using the view token procedure below:

1.     Dial *151#

2.     Select Make Payment

3.     Select Pay ZESA

4.     Select View Token

5.     Enter Meter Number

An SMS notification will be sent with the last token you purchased
